About Tackform

Tackform makes mounts for phones, tablets, radios, cameras and ELDs in pickups, semis, motorcycles and off-road vehicles. The tagline is "Built to Outlast You," which is a bold thing to say about a phone mount, but the warranty backs the metal parts for life.

The system is built on ball-and-socket parts in 20, 25, 26 and 38 Series sizes, so bases, arms and holders mix and match within a size.

What we carry from Tackform

Vehicle-specific TRAXX dash brackets with an accessory track, sold with combinations of phone, tablet and CB mic holders for the Toyota Tacoma (2016–2023), Toyota 4Runner (2010–2024), 2021+ Ford F-150, Ford Bronco Sport, and older Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra and RAM full-size trucks.

Plus the building blocks: 20 Series phone mounts in MagSafe and standard versions, 1-prong and 2-prong tablet and monitor holders, camera holders, cup holder, drill, suction cup, magnetic, grab handle and TRAXX track bases, bar clamps, arms, and holders for your CB or GMRS radio mic.

How to choose

Think base, then ball size, then holder.

• Keep one ball size throughout a mount. The 20, 25, 26 and 38 Series use 20mm, 25.4mm, 26mm and 38mm balls.
• Pick the base for where it lives: cup holder, drill-in, windshield suction, magnetic, grab-handle clamp or a TRAXX track.
• For tablets and monitors, 2-prong holders grip larger devices than 1-prong versions.
• TRAXX dash brackets are year- and trim-specific. Check the compatibility notes in the title.

In-stock Tackform items ship from NVMOS in 24–48 hours. Some parts ship direct from Tackform or are built to order, so check the product page for current status, or call before you plan an install weekend around a delivery date.

Orders that ship from Tackform usually leave the same or next business day.

Tackform warranty

Tackform warrants metal parts for life, plastic and ABS parts for 3 years, and electronics for 1 year, on mounts bought from Tackform or an authorized reseller. Only the failed component is replaced, devices you attach aren't covered, and claims need photos plus proof of purchase, with a small shipping charge based on part weight.
