How to make a Tackform warranty claim
- Email clear photos of the mount and the failed area
- Explain how and when it failed
- Include proof of purchase (order number, Amazon order or receipt) and your shipping address
- A small shipping charge applies based on part weight; international customers pay all shipping

While you're on the go, it ensures a secure fit for any device, whether or not it's in a case. Capable of securely holding devices up to 3.7" wide and 0.6" thick. - Innovative Cradle Design: Experience the difference with our specially designed cradle. Unlike standard spring cradles, our octagon-shaped grips minimize heat transfer by pulling the phone away from the cradle's back on hot days. The injection-molded, clip-in replaceable grips are not reliant on 3M tape, which has often been a weak point. The spring mechanism is perfectly calibrated for vehicles, allowing for effortless phone insertion and removal without straining the mount base.
- Ultra Short Reach: This is Tackform's shortest double socket arm. The single knob design allows you to reposition your device quickly and easily, completely locking up movement for zero chance of slippage under its intended use.

While compatible with other 20mm products, our parts stand out for their tested durability and engineered load capacities, featuring a safety factor not guaranteed by other manufacturers. Please Note: Not suitable for 25.4mm / 1” / B-Sized balls.
