- Only the defective component is replaced, not the whole system
What's not covered
- Devices you attach (phones, GPS units, tablets)
- Abuse, misuse or exposure to extreme temperatures
- Normal wear and tear
- Modified or improperly used mounts
- Discontinued parts with no available replacement
How to make a Tackform warranty claim
- Email clear photos of the mount and the failed area
- Explain how and when it failed
- Include proof of purchase (order number, Amazon order or receipt) and your shipping address
- A small shipping charge applies based on part weight; international customers pay all shipping
