ORACLE Lighting LED Load Equalizer 50W/ 6ohm Resistor for Turn Signal Rapid Flash
The ORACLE 50W / 6ohm LED Load Equalizer is the fast fix for LED turn-signal hyper flash (rapid flash). After switching from incandescent to LED turn-signal bulbs, the low current draw of LEDs can make your blinker flash twice as fast; this resistor adds the correct resistance back into the circuit to restore your factory flash rate, with no need to replace the bulbs or the flasher relay. Housed in a waterproof aluminum enclosure and sold individually.
Key Features
- Fixes LED turn-signal hyper flash / rapid flash — restores the factory-correct blink rate
- 50W / 6ohm rating — correct load for standard turn-signal circuits
- Universal fitment for cars and motorcycles
- Waterproof aluminum housing safe for under-hood and exterior mounting
- Heat sink fins dissipate resistor heat for safe long-term operation
- Simple two-wire connection to the positive and negative of the turn-signal circuit
- Compact, approx. 2" x 0.6" x 0.6", for tight spaces
Fitment & Compatibility
Universal — compatible with cars and motorcycles. Sold individually. Most vehicles require two load equalizers per turn-signal circuit (one per bulb location), so order quantity accordingly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does my LED turn signal flash too fast?
Your flasher relay monitors circuit resistance to detect burnt-out bulbs. LEDs draw so little current that the system reads it as a missing bulb and speeds up the flash rate. This resistor adds the resistance back to restore the correct rate.
How many do I need?
It is sold individually, but most vehicles require two per turn-signal circuit — one per bulb location. Order the correct quantity for your install.
How does it install?
Wire it in parallel with your LED bulb by connecting the two leads to the positive and negative of the turn-signal circuit. Mount it where the heat sink has airflow; do not enclose it in an airtight space.
Is there an alternative fix?
Yes. Replacing the flasher relay with an LED-compatible relay also works. The load equalizer is the simpler option when relay replacement is not practical or accessible.
