Coachbuilder Rear Driveline Spacer | 1.25" Thick for 10.5" Rear Axle | Fits Toyota Tundra 2007–2021 | Ekstrom Design

$184.00 $202.40

Lift the rear of a 2007–2021 Toyota Tundra far enough and the driveshaft doesn't just run at steeper angles — it starts pulling out of the slip yoke, leaving less spline engagement to carry the load. The Coachbuilder Rear Driveline Spacer fixes that on Tundras with the 10.5” rear axle: a 1.25”-thick disc of CNC-machined T6 6061 billet aluminum bolts between the axle flange and the driveline, extending the driveshaft back into the spline. Where a carrier bearing drop kit corrects the driveshaft's angle at the center bearing, this spacer restores its engagement at the axle — tall builds often need both. Hardware is included, and a hard black anodize finish stands up to everything a rear axle lives in.

Features

  • 1.25” actual thickness — the larger of Coachbuilder's two driveline spacers
  • Engineered to fit perfectly between the axle flange and the driveline
  • Extends the rear driveline back into the slip yoke spline
  • Eliminates the driveline pulling out of the slip yoke after lifting
  • CNC machined from T6 6061 billet aluminum with a hard black anodize finish
  • Fits the 10.5” rear axle on 2007–2021 Toyota Tundras; hardware included
  • Made in the USA by Ekstrom Design & Fabrication

If a tall rear lift created the problem, correct the angle side too: pair this spacer with the Carrier Bearing Drop Kit for 5”–6” rear lift, or the +4” Shackle Kit if you're still building the lift itself. A milder .750” version of this spacer is available for setups that need less correction — find both in our driveline components collection along with the rest of the Coachbuilder catalog.

Coachbuilder Rear Driveline Spacer | 1.25" Thick for 10.5" Rear Axle | Fits Toyota Tundra 2007–2021 | Ekstrom Design FAQs

How is this different from a carrier bearing drop kit?

They fix two different lift problems. A carrier bearing drop kit lowers the center bearing to correct the driveshaft's operating angle and cure takeoff vibration. This spacer bolts between the rear axle flange and the driveline to add length, extending the driveshaft back into the slip yoke spline after a lift has drawn it out. On tall 2007-2021 Tundra builds, running both is common.

Should I choose the 1.25" or the .750" spacer?

Both fit the 10.5" rear axle on 2007-2021 Tundras and do the same job — the difference is how much driveline length they add. This 1.25" version is the deeper correction for setups where the driveshaft has pulled farther out of the slip yoke; the .750" version suits milder cases. Coachbuilder doesn't publish a lift-height chart, so check your slip yoke engagement before ordering.

Will it fit my Tundra, and is hardware included?

It fits 2007-2021 Toyota Tundras equipped with the 10.5" rear axle — verify your axle size before ordering. The spacer is CNC machined from T6 6061 billet aluminum to fit precisely between the axle flange and the driveline, mounting hardware is included, and the hard black anodize finish is built for life under a truck.
