Aluminum T-Case, Fuel & DPF Skid for Jeep Gladiator JT 3.0L Diesel 2020-Up
The EcoDiesel Gladiator hangs more hardware under its rear half than any gas JT: transfer case, fuel and DEF tank, and a diesel particulate filter that costs serious money to replace. This Artec Industries Alpha Series kit (JT4139) armors all of it with 1/4" 6061-T6 heat-treated aluminum on 3/16" zinc-plated steel brackets, shaped from factory CAD files and Creaform 3D scans specifically around the diesel's packaging. It is the rear-half module of the diesel skid system, built to pair with the matching diesel oil skid up front.
Features
- Shields the transfer case, fuel/DEF tank, and DPF exhaust on the EcoDiesel
- 1/4" 6061-T6 heat-treated aluminum plates
- 3/16" zinc-plated steel brackets for rust-resistant mounting
- Designed from factory CAD files and Creaform 3D laser scans, CNC laser cut and formed
- No-overlap layout adds clearance over the OEM skid and keeps the belly flat
- Artec countersunk bolts match OEM threads and sit flush
- Made in the USA
Fits only the 3.0L EcoDiesel Gladiator JT, 2020 and up — gas 3.6L trucks use the standard T-case/fuel kit, which lacks the DPF wrap. Complete the belly with the diesel Oil Skid with Oil Door, or get continuous coverage with the diesel variant of the JT Full Bellypan. The rest of the armor lineup is in skid plates.
Aluminum T-Case, Fuel & DPF Skid for Jeep Gladiator JT 3.0L Diesel 2020-Up FAQs
Will this fit a gas Gladiator?
No. It is shaped around the 3.0L EcoDiesel's DPF and fuel/DEF tank packaging, which the gas truck does not have. Gas 3.6L Gladiators use Artec's standard JT T-Case & Fuel Skid instead.
What is covered and what is not?
This kit armors the transfer case, fuel/DEF tank, and DPF exhaust — the rear half of the diesel underbody. The engine oil and transmission pan up front are covered by the separate diesel Oil Skid with Oil Door.
Do I need to weld or drill anything?
No. The plates bolt to factory points on 3/16" zinc-plated steel brackets using Artec's countersunk OEM-thread hardware. A standard install needs only hand tools and a way to support the plates while you start the bolts.
