Aluminum Oil Skid with Oil Door for Jeep Wrangler JLU & Gladiator JT 3.0L Diesel
The 3.0L EcoDiesel shares its oil-pan geometry between the 4-door Wrangler JLU and the Gladiator JT, so Artec Industries covers both platforms with one Alpha Series skid (JL4189). It armors the front of the belly — oil pan and transmission pan — in 1/4" 6061-T6 heat-treated aluminum, and its removable oil door opens for drain-plug and filter access so a diesel's frequent oil service never means dropping the plate. It is the front module of the diesel skid system and the natural companion to the rear T-case/fuel/DPF kits.

Fits the 3.0L EcoDiesel in both the 4-door Wrangler JLU (2018-up) and Gladiator JT (2020-up); gas engines use their own oil skids. Complete the diesel belly with the rear kit for your platform — JLU T-Case/Fuel/DPF Skid or JT T-Case/Fuel/DPF Skid — and browse the rest of our skid plates.
Aluminum Oil Skid with Oil Door for Jeep Wrangler JLU & Gladiator JT 3.0L Diesel FAQs
Which vehicles does this fit?
The 3.0L EcoDiesel 4-door Wrangler JLU (2018 and up) and the 3.0L EcoDiesel Gladiator JT (2020 and up). The diesel oil-pan geometry is shared between the two platforms, so one skid serves both. Gas engines use their own oil skids.
Do I have to remove the skid for oil changes?
No. The removable oil door opens for drain-plug and filter access, so routine oil service happens with the plate bolted up — useful on a diesel that sees regular intervals.
What completes the diesel belly?
Pair this front module with the rear T-Case/Fuel/DPF skid for your platform — the JLU version for Wranglers or the JT version for Gladiators. Together they armor the full run of low-hanging diesel hardware.
