The Artec Industries AAM 9.25 Lower Truss with Inner C Gussets is a weld-on reinforcement system for the front AAM 9.25 axle under 2003-2012 third-generation Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks. A heavy diesel front end puts enormous load through the long axle tubes, and hard landings, big tires, and speed will eventually bow a stock housing. This kit ties the axle together from inner C to inner C with a 1/4" mild steel lower truss and caps the knuckle ends with upper C gussets, so the housing resists bending as one structure instead of flexing at its weak points. Because the truss runs along the bottom with a triangle profile, it gives up virtually no ground clearance under the cast differential.
