The STILLEN TruControl V2 is an inline tuning module for the 2025-2026 Ford Explorer ST. It plugs into the factory wiring harness and adjusts key engine parameters, including raising boost pressure, to add power and torque across the rev range. STILLEN quotes maximum gains of 48 WHP / 159 lb-ft of torque, and notes that results vary.
Three driving modes are built in: Race, Sport and Eco, each with seven fine-tuning options so you can dial the response in. STILLEN says the Eco mode is tuned for up to 15% better fuel economy. Everything is adjusted from a free smartphone app over Bluetooth, and over-the-air custom tuning files are available if you add emissions-legal aftermarket parts such as an exhaust or intake.

Install notes
This is a plug-in install. STILLEN says no wiring, splicing, soldering or specialty tools are needed, and the module does not alter the factory ECU. It can be removed, and STILLEN states that your warranty stays intact as long as you take it out before a dealership service visit. The 2025-2026 Ford Explorer ST with the 3.0L engine. STILLEN lists a separate part number, TCT202012, for the 2019-2024 Explorer ST.
Do I need to cut, splice or solder anything?
No. STILLEN says the module integrates into the factory wiring harness with no wiring, splicing, soldering or specialty tools, and it does not alter the factory ECU.
Will it affect my factory warranty?
