The soft loop end wraps handlebars, triple clamps, and frame tubes without metal-on-metal contact, so your controls and finish stay unmarked, and the fray- and fade-resistant webbing holds up to sun and constant hauling duty.

What does the soft loop end do?
The soft loop is a webbing loop you wrap around handlebars, triple clamps, or frame tubes before clipping the strap to it. It keeps hooks off your controls entirely, so there's no chance of scratched bars or a gouged frame while the bike is cinched down.

Each strap is built from 1.5-inch (38mm) nylon webbing rated at 5,000 pounds tensile strength, with rubber-coated steel hooks. The carabiner closure on the hook locks it to the anchor point so vibration can't bounce it loose on rough roads.
