How to make a M.O.R.E. warranty claim
- Get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number first; M.O.R.E. won't accept a warranty return without one
- Have a copy of your original receipt showing where you bought it, the date and the price paid
- Ship the part back freight prepaid and insured, following the instructions from the dealer you bought it from

Dropping a Chevy V8 into a YJ means the mounts have to handle a lot more torque than the factory ever planned for. M.O.R.E.'s Bomb Proof conversion kit is built for that swap in the 1987-1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ.
Why it works
- Gold zinc-plated steel brackets.
- Black polyurethane bushings keep metal from touching metal and soak up driveline vibration.
- Uses the factory frame holes.
- The JM400 style works with no body lift or with a 1-inch body lift.

1987-1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ with a Chevy V8 swap, stock body height or a 1-inch body lift.
Install notes
M.O.R.E. describes the install as mostly bolt-on, but a V8 swap is real fabrication work, so plan on a shop or solid skills, and on some welding depending on your build. The rest of the swap, from transmission to exhaust, is a separate project. Torque everything to spec and re-check after the first trail run.
Warranty
The steel is covered under M.O.R.E.'s RockProof Lifetime Warranty; the polyurethane bushings are a wear item and aren't.

Yes, the JM400 style is listed for no body lift and 1 inch body lift.
Is any welding required?
M.O.R.E. calls it bolt-on using factory frame holes but mentions minimal welding, so plan on some fabrication.

M.O.R.E.'s RockProof Lifetime Warranty covers product failure for the original retail buyer for as long as they own the vehicle. Finish, rubber and urethane are wear items and not covered, and neither are altered parts, wrong-vehicle installs, improper installation, fire or accident. M.O.R.E. repairs or replaces at its discretion; labor and shipping are not included.
