M.O.R.E. Rock Proof Front Bumper with Tube Work - Jeep Wrangler JL 2018+

The Rock Proof front bumper is M.O.R.E.'s answer for JL owners who want real protection up front, a place to hang a winch, and a clean look. The shape leaves the front tires open to meet ledges and boulders first, so the bumper is not what hangs you up on big obstacles.

Construction is where it separates from the welded-box-tube crowd. M.O.R.E. laser cuts the bumper from 3/16 inch steel plate, forms it on a CNC brake, then MIG welds the seams and grinds and sands them smooth. Two 3/4 inch plate eyelets give you solid points for a clevis or a tow bar, and the broad flat faces leave room for lights or other add-ons.

M.O.R.E. says it pairs best with most foot-down mount winches; check your winch's mounting style before ordering. Bumpers ship UPS rather than truck freight. Choose bare steel if you plan to paint or coat it yourself, or one of four powder-coat colors: Pure Black, Flame Red, Tactical Gray, Desert Sand.

Lead time: M.O.R.E. builds every bumper to order and quotes 6–8 weeks. M.O.R.E. has been building off-road parts in Delta, Colorado since Chris Overacker started the company in his garage in 1978. Parts are designed in 3D CAD, cut on Mazak lasers and welded by certified welders, all in-house in the USA.
