This is ICON's front upper control arm kit for the 2020-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD/3500 HD. It replaces the factory arms with CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum units that correct front-end geometry, add camber and caster adjustment and improve clearance around other suspension components.
The arms use a hybrid H-beam cross-section, which ICON says is lighter than tubular arms and resists bending better. FK Rod End 3/4" Heim joints keep movement precise and smooth through the travel range, and a double adjuster sleeve allows camber and caster to be set with the arms on the truck.
The factory ball joint is swapped for ICON's Delta Joint Pro HD. It is serviceable and rebuildable, so any component can be removed, inspected and replaced without buying a whole new joint. ICON cites 56% more bearing surface than its standard Delta Joint, 90 degrees of articulation (14% more than the original) and a chromoly ball and shaft. The practical result is full bump and droop travel with no bind.
