What's not covered
- Normal wear; worn wear items are not considered defective
- Finish
- Alterations, modifications, or installs that don't follow ICON's instructions
- Accidents, negligence, abuse or misuse
- Race, police, taxi, government or commercial vehicles
- Products sold outside the USA and Canada
- Delta Joints that weren't registered within 30 days (5-year term)
How to make a ICON Vehicle Dynamics warranty claim
- Gather proof of purchase
- Contact ICON or use the warranty page/form at iconvehicledynamics.com/pages/warranty-form
- Register Delta Joints at iconvehicledynamics.com/deltajointreg within 30 days to keep the 5-year term
- Ship the part to ICON for inspection when asked
- Owner pays service costs if failure came from neglect or improper installation; ICON also offers paid factory shock service
