What's covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship from the factory
- Big Days repairs or replaces the faulty part with no charge for parts or labor
- Big Days may choose to refund up to the original purchase price instead
- During the first year Big Days pays the return shipping; after that the buyer pays
What's not covered
- Normal wear such as scratches, dents, tears or surface oxidation
- Fading, UV damage, extreme weather, impacts and theft
- Commercial use or accidents
- Repairs or modifications not done or approved by Big Days
- Wrong assembly or going over the rated load capacity
- Products bought second-hand
- Damage to other (non-Big Days) gear carried on the rack

Which racks does the Badge & Handle Color Option fit?
It's made for the Big Days Chase Rack System — the color option applies to the badge and handle components on the rack. Because it's tied to the rack itself rather than your truck, it works across the build lineup, from Starter through Elite configurations.
What colors can I choose?
Seven options: black, white, gray, silver, brown, red, and Big Days Green. Black and silver keep things subtle, while Big Days Green is the brand's signature look. Pick whichever ties into your truck's paint — or deliberately doesn't.
Should I order this with my rack build?
That's the easiest route — add the color option to the same order as your Chase Rack build and spec the badges and handles the way you want them from the start. It's also sold on its own, so you can order it for a rack you already run.
