How to make a Canyon Adventure Vans warranty claim
- Submit the claim in writing within 14 days of finding the defect, and before the warranty ends
- Include name, address, phone, email and order number
- Explain how it failed, what vehicle it's on, how long it's been in use, and the part number and quantity
- Ship the item to CAV at your cost once approved; unauthorized or denied returns come back freight collect

The 1Up Pin Lock is a small locking pin that secures a bike on the 1Up Quick Rack. It passes through the wheel spokes and the machined rack arm, so a bike cannot simply be lifted off while you are inside buying food or fuel. It is a deterrent against opportunistic theft, not a replacement for a heavy chain or cable if you are leaving a bike overnight in a bad area.
The appeal is speed. There is no chain to untangle and no cable to route, and the lock travels easily and goes on in seconds. Compared with a bulky lock setup, it adds security without adding a task every time you stop.
Fitment
It is designed for the 1Up Quick Rack, not for a particular vehicle. The vendor tags it for several van platforms (Jayco Terrain / Entegra Launch, Revel 18-20, Revel 21-24, Revel 25 and Storyteller Overland Mode) as places where that rack is used, so confirm your rack is a 1Up Quick Rack before ordering.
