- Defects in CAV workmanship and materials
- CAV chooses to repair the item or send a replacement
- CAV pays shipping back to you on approved claims
What's not covered
- Improper installation, or install/repair/changes by third parties
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or use it wasn't designed for
- Normal wear and tear and collateral damage
- Poor maintenance, bad storage or chemical damage
- Any modification, including drilling holes
- Service or claims handled outside authorized dealers
- Shipping to CAV (customer pays inbound freight)
How to make a Canyon Adventure Vans warranty claim
- Submit the claim in writing within 14 days of finding the defect, and before the warranty ends
- Include name, address, phone, email and order number
- Explain how it failed, what vehicle it's on, how long it's been in use, and the part number and quantity
- Ship the item to CAV at your cost once approved; unauthorized or denied returns come back freight collect
