Aluminum T-Case & Fuel Skid for Jeep Gladiator JT 3.6L 2020-Up
Between the axles of a 3.6L Gladiator sit two targets that end trips fast: the transfer case and the fuel tank. This Alpha Series kit (JT4159) from Artec Industries wraps both in 1/4" 6061-T6 heat-treated aluminum carried on zinc-plated steel brackets, replacing thin factory tins with plates modeled from factory CAD files and Creaform 3D scans. The no-overlap layout keeps the rear underbody flat, so the truck slides over obstacles rather than hooking on them.

Does this fit the diesel Gladiator?
No. This kit is cut for the 3.6L Pentastar Gladiator JT, 2020 and up. The 3.0L EcoDiesel carries a DPF and different tank packaging, so it uses Artec's diesel-specific T-Case/Fuel/DPF skid instead.
What does the kit protect?
The transfer case and the fuel tank — the lowest, most vulnerable hardware between the axles. The engine oil pan is covered separately by the JT Oil Skid, and the two modules together match the coverage of the full bellypan.
How involved is the install?
It is a bolt-on job. The plates mount to zinc-plated steel brackets with countersunk bolts matched to OEM threads, so no welding, cutting, or drilling is needed. Plan for hand tools, a jack, and a second set of hands for the larger plate.
