Full Bellypan Skid with Oil Door for Jeep Gladiator JT 2020-Up - Aluminum
Artec Industries' Alpha Series Full Bellypan turns the cluttered underside of a Jeep Gladiator JT into one continuous, flat aluminum plane covering the oil pan, transmission, transfer case, and fuel tank. An integrated oil door keeps routine service simple, and the whole system nets additional ground clearance over the factory plates it replaces. It is offered in two engine-specific versions — 3.6L Pentastar gas or 3.0L EcoDiesel — each modeled from factory CAD files and Creaform 3D scans so every panel seats exactly where it should.
Features
- Continuous coverage: oil pan, transmission pan, transfer case, and fuel tank
- 1/4" 6061-T6 heat-treated aluminum plates over 3/16" zinc-plated steel brackets
- Integrated oil door for oil and filter changes without removing the skid
- No-overlap panels form a flat, snag-free belly with added clearance over OEM
- Artec countersunk bolts matched to OEM thread pitch sit flush
- CNC laser cut and formed; engine-specific 3.6L and 3.0L diesel variants
- Made in the USA
Fits the 2020-up Gladiator JT — select the variant matching your engine, since the gas and diesel underbodies differ. If you would rather build coverage in stages, the same sections are available as the JT Oil Skid with Oil Door and JT T-Case & Fuel Skid, with a diesel T-Case/Fuel/DPF kit for EcoDiesel trucks. Full Bellypan Skid with Oil Door for Jeep Gladiator JT 2020-Up FAQs
Which variant do I need?
Match the variant to your engine: JT4155 for the 3.6L Pentastar gas Gladiator and JT4135 for the 3.0L EcoDiesel. Both fit the 2020-and-newer JT, but the gas and diesel underbodies differ enough that the panels are not interchangeable.
Do I have to drop the skid for oil changes?
No. The integrated oil door opens for drain-plug and filter access, so routine oil service happens with the bellypan in place. That is the main advantage of this version over a plain full pan.
Is welding required to install it?
No. The system bolts on using 3/16" zinc-plated steel brackets and Artec's countersunk bolts matched to OEM thread pitch. Basic hand tools and a jack cover the install, though a helper makes the larger panels easier to hold up.
