Aluminum Rocker Armor for Jeep Gladiator JT 2020+
The JT Aluminum Rocker Armor is clean, lightweight rocker protection for the Jeep Gladiator: 3/16" aluminum panels that bolt straight to the body with no welding and will never rust. Artec Industries designed the panels from factory CAD files and 3D Creaform laser scans, so they hug the JT's body lines, and every fastener is countersunk so the face sits flush and snag-free. The armor can mount over your factory rocker rails or work alongside other brands' guards, making it an easy add to a stock or already-built truck. Choose powder coated for a finished look out of the box, or raw aluminum to coat or polish yourself.
Features
- 3/16" aluminum construction: lightweight, strong, and rust-free
- 5/16" zinc-plated steel countersink hardware sits flush against the panel
- CNC laser cut, formed, and countersunk for a precise, repeatable fit
- Bolt-on install with no welding and easy maintenance
- Works over OEM rocker rails or with any brand of guards
- Available powder coated (JT9400) or raw aluminum (JT0400)
- American made
Fits the Gladiator JT (2020 and up) and ships as a pair for both sides. If your wheeling calls for structural rock protection rather than body panel coverage, step up to the JT Boatside Steel & Aluminum Rocker Armor; four-door Wrangler owners will find the matching panel in the JLU Aluminum Rocker Armor. More choices live in the rockers and sliders collection.
Aluminum Rocker Armor for Jeep Gladiator JT 2020+ FAQs
Do I have to remove my factory rocker rails first?
No. The panels can mount over your OEM rocker rails, and they also work alongside other brands' guards or sliders. That makes them an easy addition whether your Gladiator is stock or already carrying armor.
Which finish should I pick?
JT9400 arrives powder coated and ready to bolt on with no extra work. JT0400 is raw aluminum — the right choice if you want to color-match, polish, or apply your own coating. Either way the aluminum itself will not rust.
Is this armor strong enough to use as a rock slider?
It is body protection rather than a structural slider — 3/16" aluminum shields the rocker panels from rash, debris, and light contact. If you regularly set the truck down on rocks, look at Artec's JT boatside steel and aluminum armor, which adds 3/16" steel guards and brackets to carry real impact loads.
