Full Bellypan with Oil Door for Jeep Wrangler JLU 3.6L 2021+ (4 Door, Aluminum)

$2,799.99

This Artec Industries Alpha Series full bellypan (SKU JL4164) armors the underside of 2021-and-newer 4-door Wrangler JLUs with the 3.6L Pentastar, the model years that received Jeep's revised oil-pan layout. A single flush layer of 1/4" heat-treated aluminum protects the oil pan, transmission, transfer case, and fuel tank, replacing factory plastic trays that dent and drag. The integrated oil door makes oil changes routine, the fuel-tank strap eliminates the factory tank drop, and because the panels never overlap, the system grows — an eTorque skid module is available within the same lineup for equipped trucks.

Features

  • 1/4" 6061-T6 heat-treated aluminum panels, roughly a third the weight of comparable steel
  • Front skid cut for the revised 2021+ 3.6L oil pan geometry
  • Flush coverage of oil pan, transmission, transfer case, and fuel tank
  • Integrated oil door for oil and filter service with the skid on
  • Modular no-overlap panels remove individually; eTorque and exhaust skids join the same system
  • Fuel-tank support strap deletes the factory tank drop for added clearance
  • 3/16" zinc-plated steel brackets, countersunk OEM-thread bolts, CNC laser cut and formed in the USA

Match the kit to your model year — 2018-2020 3.6L JLUs need the earlier version because the oil pan differs. Non-eTorque trucks can extend coverage rearward with the JLU exhaust skid, or you can start with just the 3.6L 2021+ oil skid and build up. Everything lives in our skid plates collection.

Full Bellypan with Oil Door for Jeep Wrangler JLU 3.6L 2021+ (4 Door, Aluminum) FAQs

My 3.6L has eTorque — does this bellypan still work?

Yes, the bellypan itself fits, and Artec offers a dedicated eTorque skid module within the same Alpha Series system to cover the eTorque battery. The eTorque and exhaust skids are offered for 2018+ 4-door 3.6L and 2.0L JLUs, so equipped trucks can complete their coverage without changing systems.

How is this different from the 2018-2020 version?

Jeep revised the 3.6L oil-pan area for the 2021 model year, so the front skid of this kit is cut differently than the 2018-2020 version. The rest of the philosophy is identical — pick by model year so the oil door and mounting points align with your pan.

Do I have to buy the whole bellypan at once?

No. The Alpha Series is modular and the panels do not overlap, so you can start with the oil skid alone and add the transfer case, fuel tank, or exhaust pieces later. Buying the full kit simply gets the complete flush belly in one bolt-on install with no welding required.
