392 Bellypan Skid with Magnaflow Exhaust Skid for Jeep Wrangler JLU 2021-Up
Artec Industries built this Alpha Series system for one specific rig: the 4-door Wrangler JLU 392 running a Magnaflow cat-back. The 6.4L Hemi hangs a lot of expensive hardware low, and an aftermarket exhaust changes the routing enough that a standard bellypan leaves it exposed. This combination pairs the full 392 aluminum bellypan with a dedicated exhaust skid contoured around Magnaflow's Street Series (19598) and Rock Crawler (19582) systems, shielding the oil pan, transmission pan, fuel tank, front exhaust, and transfer case in one flat, snag-free surface.
Features
- Alpha Series skids cut and formed from 1/4" 6061-T6 heat-treated aluminum
- 3/16" zinc-plated steel mounting brackets resist rust
- Protects the oil pan, transmission pan, fuel tank, front exhaust, and transfer case
- Exhaust skid shaped to clear Magnaflow cat-back part numbers 19598 and 19582
- Engineered from factory CAD files and Creaform 3D laser scans, CNC laser cut and formed
- Countersunk bolts matched to OEM threads for a flush belly
- Service access points and more clearance than the factory plates
Fits the 2021-up 4-door JLU 392 only, and the exhaust portion assumes a Magnaflow system — a factory or other aftermarket exhaust routes differently and is not supported. Need just part of the coverage? The Magnaflow Exhaust Skid and Magnaflow Muffler & Tip Skid are sold separately, and the full range of underbody armor is in our skid plates collection.
392 Bellypan Skid with Magnaflow Exhaust Skid for Jeep Wrangler JLU 2021-Up FAQs
Do I need a Magnaflow exhaust for this kit?
Yes, for the exhaust skid portion. It is contoured around Magnaflow cat-back systems 19598 (Street Series) and 19582 (Rock Crawler) on the 2021-up 392. A factory or other aftermarket exhaust routes differently and will not match the skid's shape.
What exactly does the system cover?
The bellypan and exhaust skid together shield the oil pan, transmission pan, fuel tank, front exhaust, and transfer case — the full run of vulnerable hardware under the 392. The rear muffler and tip can be added with the separate Magnaflow Muffler & Tip Skid.
Is welding required to install it?
No. Everything bolts to 3/16" zinc-plated steel brackets using Artec's countersunk bolts matched to OEM threads. Expect a bolt-on job with hand tools, a jack, and a helper for the larger panels.
