Bellypan ARB Air Tank Mount for Jeep Wrangler JL & Gladiator JT
Onboard air is only as reliable as where you hang the tank, and an exposed reservoir under a Jeep is asking for a rock. This Artec mount tucks an ARB one-gallon aluminum air tank up inside the Artec JL/JT bellypan, bolting to the pan's rear crossmember in the open space behind the transfer case. Cut and bent in-house from 1/8" steel and powder coated black, it puts the tank behind real armor instead of below it. Installation takes about five minutes with the included 3/8" hardware and press nuts — one tool, no drilling, no vehicle modification.
Features
- Purpose-built for the ARB one-gallon aluminum air tank
- Bolts to the rear crossmember of the Artec JL or JT bellypan
- Positions the tank inside the bellypan, shielded from rocks and debris
- Rigid 1/8" steel, CNC laser cut and CNC bent in-house
- Black powder coat finish for corrosion resistance
- 3/8" hardware and press nuts included for a one-tool, roughly 5-minute install
- Made in the USA from US materials
This mount requires an Artec JL/JT bellypan as its mounting surface — it will not work with OEM skid plates, so plan the skid first and the air system second. Running a Gladiator without armor yet? Start with the JT Gladiator Full Bellypan (JL versions are also available). It pairs naturally with other Artec JL/JT protection like the JL Shield CAD Skid, and you can browse the full range of skid plates or the Artec Industries lineup.
Bellypan ARB Air Tank Mount for Jeep Wrangler JL & Gladiator JT FAQs
Do I need an Artec bellypan to use this mount?
Yes. The bracket bolts to the rear crossmember of the Artec JL or JT bellypan, so the bellypan is required — it will not work with the OEM skid plates. If you're planning an onboard air setup, install the bellypan first.
Which air tank does it hold?
It's sized specifically for the ARB one-gallon aluminum air tank. The mount positions that tank in the open space behind the transfer case, up inside the bellypan where rocks can't reach it.
How involved is the install?
About five minutes. The kit includes 3/8" bolts and press nuts, so it's a one-tool bolt-on with no drilling and no modification to the Jeep or the bellypan.
