Full Bellypan with Oil Door for Jeep Wrangler JL 3.6L 2018-2020 (2 Door, Aluminum)

$2,799.99

Early-production Pentastar Wranglers use an oil pan that Jeep later revised, so this Artec Industries Alpha Series full bellypan (SKU JL4166) is cut specifically for 2018-2020 2-door JLs with the 3.6L V6. It wraps the oil pan, transmission, transfer case, and fuel tank in one continuous 1/4" heat-treated aluminum plane, turning a cluttered stock underbelly into a smooth surface that rides over obstacles. The integrated oil door handles routine service, and the fuel-tank support strap eliminates the factory tank drop for a flatter, higher belly.

Features

  • Front skid shaped for the 2018-2020 3.6L oil pan — not the later 2021+ layout
  • 1/4" 6061-T6 heat-treated aluminum, about a third the weight of comparable steel armor
  • Continuous coverage of oil pan, transmission, transfer case, and fuel tank
  • Oil door opens for drain and filter work without unbolting the plate
  • No-overlap panels remove individually for repairs or deep service
  • Fuel-tank strap deletes the factory tank drop and adds clearance
  • 3/16" zinc-plated steel brackets and OEM-thread countersunk hardware; CNC laser cut and formed in the USA

Verify your model year before ordering: 2021-and-newer 3.6L 2-doors need the 2021+ kit, and 2.0L turbo owners use the 2.0L bellypan. If you only want front-half protection for now, the 2018-2020 3.6L oil skid is the same front module sold alone — find it and more in our skid plates collection.

Full Bellypan with Oil Door for Jeep Wrangler JL 3.6L 2018-2020 (2 Door, Aluminum) FAQs

My Jeep is a 2020 3.6L 2-door — is this the right kit?

Yes. This bellypan is cut for 2018, 2019, and 2020 2-door JLs with the 3.6L Pentastar. Jeep revised the oil-pan area for 2021, so newer trucks take the 2021+ version instead. Ordering by model year ensures the oil door and mounting points line up correctly.

What does the fuel-tank support strap actually do?

From the factory, the fuel tank hangs low in its mounting. Artec's added strap supports the tank so the factory drop is eliminated, letting the fuel skid sit flush and higher than stock. You gain real ground clearance at the rear of the belly while putting 1/4" aluminum between the tank and the trail.

Do I have to remove the whole system to work on the Jeep?

No. The panels are modular and do not overlap, so the transfer case skid, fuel skid, or front oil skid each unbolt on their own. Day-to-day, you will rarely remove anything — oil and filter changes run through the integrated oil door. Installation itself is bolt-on with OEM-thread countersunk hardware.
