Full Bellypan with Oil Door for Jeep Wrangler JL 2.0L 2018+ (2 Door, Aluminum)

$2,699.99

On a stock 2-door Wrangler JL, the transfer case and fuel tank hang below the frame behind thin plastic trays that snag on every ledge. This Artec Industries Alpha Series full bellypan (SKU JL4168) fixes that with one continuous plane of 1/4" heat-treated aluminum, tying the oil pan, transmission, transfer case, and fuel tank together under a flush skid. It is built for 2018-and-newer 2-door JLs with the 2.0L turbo, and the integrated oil door means oil changes never involve unbolting armor. A fuel-tank support strap deletes the factory tank drop, so the belly sits higher than stock.

Features

  • 1/4" 6061-T6 heat-treated aluminum panels at roughly a third the weight of comparable steel
  • Continuous flush coverage: oil pan, transmission, transfer case, and fuel tank
  • Integrated oil door opens for drain-plug and filter access
  • No-overlap modular layout lets any single panel come off independently
  • Fuel-tank support strap eliminates the factory tank drop and gains clearance
  • 3/16" zinc-plated steel brackets and countersunk OEM-thread Artec hardware — pure bolt-on
  • Built from factory CAD data and 3D Creaform scans, CNC laser cut and formed in the USA

Confirm you have the 2.0L turbo and a 2-door body: the front skid is shaped to the 2.0L pan, so 3.6L 2-doors need the year-matched 2018-2020 or 2021+ kit, and 4-door 2.0L owners want the JLU version. See the rest of our skid plates for matching underbody armor.

Full Bellypan with Oil Door for Jeep Wrangler JL 2.0L 2018+ (2 Door, Aluminum) FAQs

Will this kit fit a 2-door with the 3.6L V6?

No. The front skid is shaped around the 2.0L turbo's oil pan, and the 3.6L pan sits differently — it even changed across production, which is why Artec splits the 3.6L 2-door kits into 2018-2020 and 2021+ versions. Match the bellypan to both your engine and your model year.

How does it add ground clearance if it adds armor?

The factory plastic trays and the stock fuel-tank mounting hang below the frame line. Artec's panels sit flush, and the included support strap eliminates the factory tank drop, so the finished belly is both flatter and higher than stock. Exact clearance gains depend on your lift and tires.

Can I service the Jeep without removing panels?

Mostly, yes. Oil and filter changes happen through the integrated oil door, and because the panels do not overlap, any individual skid — transfer case or fuel tank, for example — unbolts on its own when deeper work is needed. Installation is bolt-on at factory frame points with countersunk OEM-thread hardware, no welding.
