Aluminum Bellypan Skid with Oil Door for Jeep Wrangler 4xe 4-Door 2021-Up
Artec Industries' 4xe Bellypan Skid is a full-length aluminum belly for the 4-door 2.0L plug-in hybrid Wrangler, 2021 and up, with an integrated oil door so routine oil changes never require dropping the plate. The thin factory covers over the transmission and transfer-case area dent easily and trap you into pulling hardware for every service; this pan replaces them with 1/4" 6061-T6 heat-treated aluminum on zinc-plated steel brackets. At roughly 97 lbs it comes in about 9 lbs lighter than the stock plates it replaces, and it picks up over half an inch of ground clearance in the bargain — a rare case where armor costs you neither weight nor height.

Confirm you have the 4-door 2.0L 4xe before ordering — this pan follows the hybrid's unique underbody and will not seat on gas JL models. What does the oil door do?
It is a removable panel in the bellypan that lines up with the oil pan, so you can drain oil and service the engine without unbolting the full skid. That turns a routine oil change back into a routine job even with armor installed.
Will it make my 4xe heavier?
No — it actually saves weight. The Artec pan weighs about 97 lbs against roughly 106 lbs of factory plates, so you shed close to 9 lbs while adding real protection and over 1/2" of ground clearance. That matters on a hybrid already carrying battery mass.
Does it cover the whole underbody?
This is the belly section. For the transfer case and fuel tank add the 4xe T-Case & Fuel Skid, and for the hybrid power pack and exhaust add those dedicated skids — or buy the complete 4xe Bellypan with Power Pack & Exhaust Skids system in one order.
