Under Armor Bellypan Kit for Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2018
The Artec Under Armor Bellypan Kit replaces the exposed sheet metal and thin factory guards under a Jeep Wrangler JK with a full modular skid system: 1/4" 6061-T6 aluminum plates on 3/16" zinc-plated steel bracketry, covering the oil pan, transmission, fuel tank, front exhaust, and transfer case. Modeled from factory CAD files and Creaform 3D scans, the panels fit the underbody without overlapping, gain ground clearance over stock, and come apart section by section — so an oil change never means dropping the whole pan. Aluminum keeps the weight manageable for one person and never needs paint.
Features
- 1/4" 6061-T6 heat-treated aluminum skid plates — strong, light, and rust-free
- 3/16" zinc-plated steel bracketry for a rigid, corrosion-resistant structure
- Covers oil pan, transmission, fuel tank, front exhaust, and transfer case
- Modular design — drop a single section for service instead of the whole system
- All underside bolts countersunk for a smooth, snag-free belly
- Nuts pressed into the brackets allow one-tool removal
- No-overlap layout from factory CAD data gains clearance over OEM
- Fuel tank strap included so the tank stays in during install; made in USA
Offered in three versions — Four Door 2007-2011 (JK1011), Four Door 2012-2018 (JK1010), and Two Door 2012-2017 (JK1020) — so match the variant to your JK's doors and model year before ordering. Manual-transmission Jeeps from 2012 up also need the Manual Transmission Nutstrip to complete the mounting. See the rest of our skid plates, more armor, and the full Artec Industries lineup.
Under Armor Bellypan Kit for Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2018 FAQs
Which version do I need for my JK?
Match your doors and model year: Four Door 2007-2011 (JK1011), Four Door 2012-2018 (JK1010), or Two Door 2012-2017 (JK1020). The panels are modeled from factory CAD data per configuration, so choosing the right variant matters.
Does it work with a manual transmission?
Yes, with one extra part: 2012-and-up JK/JKUs with a manual gearbox need the Artec Manual Transmission Nutstrip (JK1010-11), because the manual's crossmember changes the mounting in that area. Automatic Jeeps install the kit as-is.
Do I have to pull the whole pan off to change the oil?
No. The system is modular — each section unbolts on its own, and nuts pressed into the steel brackets mean removal takes a single tool. Drop just the panel you need, do the work, and bolt it back up.
