The Artaco Uno is the single-taco member of Artec Industries' laser-cut aluminum holder line — a small, food-grade piece cut on the same equipment that produces Artec's Jeep and Toyota armor. It ships flat and forms into shape by hand: bend it over the edge of a table to about 90 degrees and it is ready to hold one shell upright without tipping. At stocking-stuffer money, it is the easy add-on for the off-road household that takes taco night seriously.
Features
- Cut from 16-gauge food-grade aluminum
- Holds a single taco upright so the shell cannot tip
- Ships flat; bends to shape by hand over a table edge
- Adjustable fold — close the sides in for thin street tacos
- Thin and light, easy to keep in a drawer or camp box
- Laser cut in-house, same process as Artec's fabrication parts
One taco rarely stays one taco: the Artaco Dos holds two, the Artaco Tres three, and the Artaco Cinco five. Browse everything else Artec cuts in the Artec Industries lineup.
Artaco Uno Single Taco Holder FAQs
How do I fold the Artaco Uno?
Place the middle of the flat panel on the edge of a table with room for half to hang over, then press down with both hands until the sides reach about 90 degrees. For smaller street tacos, bend a little further so the sides sit closer together.
Is it safe to put food directly on it?
Yes. The Uno is 16-gauge food-grade aluminum with no coating, so a shell can rest right on the metal. It cleans up with a quick wash and will not rust or stain.
Why buy a holder for just one taco?
It is the stocking-stuffer of the Artaco line — a small, inexpensive gift that keeps a single shell upright at lunch or at camp. If your table needs more capacity, the Dos, Tres, and Cinco hold two, three, and five tacos with the same fold-flat design.
