The Artaco Dos is the two-taco version of Artec Industries' laser-cut aluminum holder — right-sized for a quick pair of street tacos or a light single serving. Like the rest of the Artaco family it starts life as a flat plate of 16-gauge food-grade aluminum on Artec's armor-line lasers, ships flat to keep shipping free, and folds to its finished shape by hand over the edge of a table. Two shells stand upright, fillings stay put, and afterward the whole thing wipes clean and slips back into a drawer.

How is the Artaco Dos assembled?
Rest the middle of the flat panel on the edge of a table with one half hanging over, then fold it down until the sides form roughly a 90-degree angle. You control the bend, so tighten it for slim street tacos or leave it wider for stuffed shells.
Is it food safe and easy to clean?
Yes. It is cut from 16-gauge food-grade aluminum with no coating, so food can touch the metal directly and cleanup is a simple wash or wipe-down. Aluminum also will not rust in the sink or camp box.
What if I need to serve more people?
Step up within the Artaco line: the Tres holds three tacos and the Cinco holds five. All the holders ship flat and fold the same way, so adding sizes for guests is easy and they stack flat in storage together.
