Front Axle Lower Truss for Ford Super Duty F-250/F-350 2005-2010

The Ford SuperDuty Front Axle Lower Truss reinforces the underside of the 2005-2010 F-250 and F-350 front axle, where high-speed desert miles and jump landings bend housings from below. Built from 1/4" mild steel and CNC cut and bent, it ties the axle together from inner-C to inner-C so the whole tube is braced, not just the center section. The triangular lower profile adds rigidity while letting the axle skid over rocks instead of catching on them, and it gives up zero ground clearance under the cast differential. It's aimed at Super Duty owners who drive fast, jump their trucks, or run heavy bumpers and big tires on stock-width housings.

Plan for real fabrication: the lower control arm bracket gussets must be removed before installation, light trimming may be needed where the truss meets the inner-Cs, and the five pieces get tacked and then stitch welded by a competent welder.
