This panel adds storage to the inside of a 6th Gen Bronco tailgate. It follows the contours of the tailgate to use the vertical space, and the molle pattern also includes bolt holes so you can attach gear in a number of ways. It suits molle bags, knife sheaths, med kits, recovery gear and similar equipment.
In the middle is a fold-down shelf, handy for setting down a drink at camp or tools while you work. A 1-inch tube runs along the top of the panel for extra storage or other uses. The kit is finished in micro-texture black powder coat, and the panel mounts to the tailgate at multiple points so it stays rigid on rough trails.
Because the panel uses the tailgate rather than the cabin, it is a good place for gear you want out of the way but within reach when the tailgate is down. The 1-inch tube can serve as a hanging point for lighter items.
Both the shelf and the panel are finished in the same black powder coat as the rest of the kit, so they match other DV8 interior pieces.
