The LP9 is a full-size LED light pod that Dirtbox sells as a lighting option for its overland builds. The description focuses on the LP9 Sport, which is compatible with Genesis Canopy Campers, full-wing toppers and flatbed systems with T-tracks. It is most commonly mounted at the front of the canopy camper, higher than the roof rack, for forward visibility without blocking the gear setup.
The LP9 Sport puts out 9,421 lumens from 9 forward-projecting LEDs at 88 watts, plus 2,302 lumens from 6 IPT LEDs at 21 watts, for a 200 degree spread with Integrated Peripheral Technology. Cooling is direct ducted. The Sport has simple on and off operation; high/low beam and amber backlight are exclusive to the LP9 Pro and Racer editions.
Shared features include swappable lenses (uService), a waterproof, submersible MoistureBlock design, CopperDrive full-power LED drive, 5000K daylight color and ClearView optics. The vendor lists a 30-day money-back guarantee and a limited lifetime warranty.
Fitment
Universal. Options cover Sport or Pro, Clear or Baja Amber lens, and Driving/Combo pattern, with or without camper mounting brackets.
