Does this replace the factory bumper cap?
No. BumperShellz are designed to install over the top of the original factory bumper cap — they do not replace it. That's what makes the job so quick: the covers locate on the step pad and lower factory clips, then lock down with 3M auto-grade tape, typically in 10-20 minutes.
Will it work with my rear parking sensors?
Yes — every finish is offered with or without sensor holes. If your Tacoma has rear parking sensors, order the sensor-hole version so the sensors stay exposed and functional; if not, the solid version gives a cleaner face. Check your bumper before ordering.
How close are the color-matched finishes?
Super White II and Silver Sky Metallic are molded and checked against the correct Toyota color code, but the codes can't account for paint variation or the age of your truck's finish, so a perfect match isn't guaranteed — and returns aren't accepted for color-match complaints. For a guaranteed match, choose Paintable ABS and have it painted locally.
