Will these fit my JL Sahara or Rubicon?
No. The Sahara and Rubicon use a different front turn signal configuration. The correct product for those trims is ORACLE Part #5103-003. Always confirm your trim before ordering.

How do I confirm I have a 7443CK socket?
The CK socket has its ground terminals on the same side of the connector. Pull your factory bulb - if it reads "SRCK" on the base, you have a CK socket and this is the correct bulb. If the terminals are on opposite sides, you have a standard 7443 and need a different product.

How does the switchback function work?
During normal operation the bulb runs white as a DRL/parking light. When you signal, it switches instantly to bright amber, then returns to white when the signal cancels.

The colors are reversed after install - how do I fix it?
If white shows on turn and amber on park, remove the bulb, rotate it 180 degrees, and reinsert. It is a 30-second, no-tools fix because the color channels are polarity-dependent.

Do I need resistors or a decoder?
For most JL Sport owners, no. A small number of owners (particularly 2021-2022) may see an intermittent "bulb out" warning after extended signal use; a 50W 6-ohm resistor per side, or setting the front turns to LED mode via a Tazer/JScan programmer or the dealer, resolves it.
