Fitment & Compatibility

Direct replacement for factory H4 halogen bulbs in high beam applications. These bulbs will not replace "XS" bulbs—choose ORACLE Premium or S3 bulbs for those housings. For the DRL function to work correctly the vehicle must be 6-volt compatible; if the daytime running lights draw less than 6 volts, flickering may occur, so verify your vehicle's DRL voltage before installing.

Will these fit my H4 headlights?
Yes. The V-Series physically matches the original H4 halogen bulb, so it drops into factory high beam housings for a plug-and-play install in most vehicles.

Are these bulbs DRL compatible?
Yes—they are the first 6-volt DRL-compatible LED bulbs available. Your vehicle must be 6-volt compatible; if the DRL circuit draws less than 6 volts you may see flickering.

Do they need a cooling fan or external driver?
No. The V-Series uses a fan-free, heat-sink-free design, which avoids the clearance issues common with fan-cooled LED bulbs.

My vehicle strobes or shuts the lights off—what do I do?
Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and many late-model European vehicles (Mercedes, BMW, Audi, etc.) may require an additional CAN-bus decoder harness if flickering, strobing, or shutdown with the engine on occurs.

Can these replace ORACLE XS bulbs?
No. The V-Series will not replace "XS" bulbs; use ORACLE Premium or S3 bulbs for those applications.
