How to make an Eibach warranty claim
- Start with the dealer you bought from. The dealer requests a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from Eibach
- Send the part back with the RGA number, your sales receipt, and a written statement with your name, address, vehicle make and model, photos and a description of the defect and how it happened
- Eibach refuses returns without those items, and does not accept C.O.D. or collect shipments
- Eibach inspects the part, checks the receipt and reviews your statement before deciding the claim

The Eibach Pro-Truck-Lift Stage 1 is the entry point to Eibach's truck suspension: lift springs and Pro-Truck Sport shocks engineered as one matched system for the 2005-2016 Ford Super Duty F-250 and 2005-2016 Ford Super Duty F-350 4WD. Eibach builds the springs with the same off-road race spring know-how it uses for competition coilovers, and tests every shock so each corner performs the same.
The goal is a modest, useful lift with more travel and a ride that still works on the commute. Front height is set with Eibach's clip-adjustable front shock design, so you can level the truck or add a little rake without buying another part.
What you get: Set of 4 Shocks + 2 Front Springs. Eibach lists the lift for this part as +3.0" Front / +0-1.5" Rear.
How to choose
Stage 1 is the pick if you want a bolt-in lift and better damping without coilover money. Step up to Stage 2 for threaded front coilovers and finer height control, or Stage 2R if the truck sees long, hot washboard runs where reservoir shocks earn their keep.
Fitment
- 2005-2016 Ford Super Duty F-250 — Crew Cab Diesel 4WD
- 2005-2016 Ford Super Duty F-350 — Crew Cab Diesel 4WD
Eibach fitment notes: Includes Pro-Truck Lift Springs and Pro-Truck Sport Shocks. Installation of an adjustable track bar or drop down bracket is required to assure centering of the front axle.
Install notes
This is a direct-fit system that bolts to factory mounting points. Plan on an alignment after install, and check the fitment notes for drivetrain, cab and electronic-suspension exclusions before ordering.
Warranty
Eibach covers this part with a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We handle the claim with Eibach for you if something goes wrong.
