In South Africa. Escape Gear has branches in Cape Town and Johannesburg and sews its covers in-house.
What is the Escape Gear warranty?
Five years on seams and workmanship under normal use. Misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation and everyday wear are not covered.
How long will my Escape Gear order take?
In-stock items ship from NVMOS in 24–48 hours. Items that need to be made usually take under ten working days to produce, plus up to 14 working days to ship from South Africa.
How do I know which seat covers fit my vehicle?
Match the exact model and generation, such as Tacoma Gen 3 (2015–2023) versus Gen 4 (2024+). The covers are patterned for specific year ranges.
Are Escape Gear seat covers waterproof?
They are water-resistant, not fully waterproof. The traditional cotton canvas actually gets stronger when wet.
Do the covers interfere with seat airbags?
Escape Gear says its covers are made to keep the original seats' safety features working and publishes airbag details for each product.
