The Pro Build // Off-Road turns the Big Days Base Rack into a trail-ready support rig. The Headache Rack ties the system into a rigid frame that protects the cab, two DLX mounts carry a RotopaX 4-gallon gas can and 1-gallon water jug, a 40" Heretic LED light bar mounts up top, and the Hi-Lift Jack Mount keeps recovery gear off the bed floor (jack not included). It's built for long days in remote terrain — chase-truck duty, desert trips, hunting season — where fuel, water, and light decide how far you go.

What trucks does the Pro Build // Off-Road fit?
Most mid-size and full-size pickups — Big Days lists 4'10" to 8' bed lengths with 40" to 64" inside width, and fitment runs by bed size rather than year, make, and model. The system is also tonneau cover compatible, so you can keep the bed sealed underneath the rack.
Does it come with the Hi-Lift jack, and how much can the rack carry?
No — the bundle includes the Hi-Lift Jack Mount, but the jack itself is sold separately. Everything else is included: Base Rack, Headache Rack, RotopaX 4-gallon gas can and 1-gallon water jug with two DLX mounts, and the 40" Heretic light bar with mount. The rack system is rated up to 900 pounds.
How is the Pro Build // Off-Road different from other Big Days builds?
It trades bike hauling for expedition gear. Starter and Essential builds focus on moto and mountain bike mounts, while this Pro build adds the Headache Rack for rigidity and cab protection plus fuel, water, lighting, and recovery mounting. Big Days also offers an Elite Build // Off-road as the step-up configuration.
