Superduty Crossover Steering Kit with 7-8" JMX rod ends
This crossover steering kit is built to convert a Ford Super Duty Dana 60 swap over to a stronger crossover (high-steer) layout. It supplies the JMX 7/8" rod ends, tube adapters, jam nuts, misalignment spacers, and heavy 1.5" DOM tubing needed to build a tie rod and drag link that stand up to big tires and hard steering loads. It is designed as the companion to Artec's Super Duty crossover weld-on high steer arms.
Key Features
- JMX 7/8" rod ends for the drag link and tie rod (7/8" bore, with 7/8"-to-3/4" high-misalignment spacers)
- 7/8"-14 tpi wrench-flat tube adapters and matching jam nuts for 1.5" OD .250" wall tubing
- 1.5" OD .250" wall 1026 DOM tubing: 48" length for the drag link and 54" for the tie rod
- Builds an uncut drag link up to about 54" and a tie rod up to about 59" total
- Made in the USA
Fitment & Compatibility
Made specifically to work with Artec's Super Duty Crossover Weld-On High Steer Arms and Super Duty Dana 60 axle-swap kits. It is a build kit, not a bolt-on: assembly requires cutting the DOM tubing to length, drilling the pitman arm to 3/4", and welding the tube adapters. Set toe-in to roughly 1/16"-1/8" after assembly.
