Pod Light Mounts

A pod is only as good as where it is aimed, and the mount decides that. This collection covers vehicle-specific pod and cube light mounts — ditch, A-pillar, and bumper brackets. Pair with pod & cube lights and wiring; see all light mounts & brackets.

What's in Pod Light Mounts

A pod light is only as useful as where it points, and the mount decides that. This collection covers vehicle-specific pod and cube light mounts, including hood, ditch, A-pillar and bumper brackets, plus flush and surface mount adapters. KC HiLiTES makes most of them, with more from ORACLE Lighting, DV8 Offroad, Fishbone Offroad, Prinsu Design Studio and Rago Fabrication. About half are universal and the rest are made for Wrangler, Tacoma, Bronco, F-150 and Sprinter.

How to choose

Match the mount to the light first, then to the vehicle. Adapters are built for a certain pod, such as KC's Cyclone V2 or FLEX ERA 1, or Morimoto's 1Banger and 2Banger, and they will not cross brands. Then check year range, because hood brackets for a 2004 to 2014 F-150 will not fit a 2015 to 2023.

Pod Light Mounts FAQs

Will any pod light fit any pod mount?

No. Mounts are made for specific pod models, and flush and surface adapters are brand-specific. Check that the listing names your light.

What is the difference between a flush and a surface mount?

A flush mount sits the light face in line with the surrounding surface, while a surface mount sits it on top. The right one depends on where you are mounting and how the light is built.

Where can I mount pod lights on a truck?

Common spots are the ditch position near the A-pillar, the hood, the bumper and the grille. Each needs a bracket for your vehicle, which is why these are sold by year.

Do pod mounts come with the lights?

Usually not. They are sold separately, though some kits include both. Look at the listing for what is in the box.

Will a Tacoma pod bracket fit other Toyotas?

Not unless the listing says so. Brackets are specific to year and model, so match your Tacoma generation.
