The Artec Bellypan System gives the underside of your 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner heavy-duty, continuous protection without the weight penalty of steel. Cut from 1/4" 6061 aluminum and supported by 3/16" zinc-plated steel brackets, it forms a smooth, contoured belly that lets the rig slide over obstacles instead of hanging up on them.
Key Features
- 1/4" 6061 aluminum skid plates for heavy-duty yet lightweight protection
- 3/16" zinc-plated steel support brackets for a rigid, secure mount
- 6061 aluminum offers higher surface strength than the 5052 aluminum many competitors use – it gouges less and lasts longer
- Designed from high-quality 3D scans for precise, contoured fitment to OEM components
- Upturned side flanges extend into the gaps to seal out debris rather than leaving a flat, open plate
- CNC laser cut and formed with custom-rolled dies; backed by a limited lifetime warranty on manufacturer defects (original purchaser)
Fitment & Compatibility
Fits the 5th Generation Toyota 4Runner (2010-present). The bellypan protects the central underbody – engine/oil pan, transmission, and transfer case area. To armor the rest of the underside, add the Artec 4Runner 5th Gen Fuel Tank Skid and 4Runner 5G A-Arm Skids, or buy it all together as the 4Runner Full Skid Plate System.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which 4Runner does the bellypan fit?
The 5th Generation Toyota 4Runner (2010-present).
Why 6061 aluminum instead of steel or 5052?
6061 aluminum has a higher surface strength than the 5052 aluminum used by many competitors, so it gouges less and holds up longer. At 1/4" thick it delivers heavy-duty protection while weighing far less than an equivalent steel skid, which makes it easier to install and remove.
Does the bellypan cover the fuel tank and A-arms too?
No. The bellypan covers the central underbody. Add the fuel tank skid and A-arm skids separately, or step up to the full skid plate system for complete coverage.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, a limited lifetime warranty on manufacturer defects for the original purchaser.
