When you are building a custom suspension, the shock tower is where a lot of load ends up, and Artec Industries' weld-on Shock Towers give you a strong, straightforward place to hang shocks, coilovers, air shocks, or struts. Each tower is CNC laser cut and bent from 1/4" steel and uses two boxed tabs so you can dial in your exact mounting width. A reservoir passthrough hole keeps remote-reservoir plumbing tidy.
Key Features
- CNC laser cut and bent from 1/4" steel for a rigid, weld-in shock mounting base
- Two boxed shock tabs with a 1/2" mounting hole, adjustable to any mounting width
- Reservoir passthrough hole for clean routing of remote-reservoir shocks
- Standard tower stands roughly 12" from the top of the frame
- Works with shocks, coilovers, air shocks, and struts
- Sold in pairs with unwelded boxed tabs for maximum fitment flexibility
Fitment & Compatibility
This is a universal, weld-on fabrication component rather than a vehicle-specific bolt-on, so it suits custom buggy, truck, and Jeep suspension builds. Choose the Cutout version (relieved to clear the frame) for a standard 12" tower, the No Cutout version for custom applications, or the No Cutout TALL version, which is 4" longer than the standard No Cutout tower for taller shock/coilover packages.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do these bolt on or weld on?
They are a weld-on fabrication part. Installation requires cutting and welding, so plan on the usual fab tools: a cutting tool, welder, and appropriate safety gear.
What is the difference between the three versions?
The Cutout tower is relieved to clear the frame at a standard 12" height, the No Cutout is a solid tower for custom setups, and the No Cutout TALL adds 4" of length for taller shock packages.
What can I mount to them?
Shocks, coilovers, air shocks, and struts. The adjustable boxed tabs let you set the mounting width to your shock, and the passthrough hole routes remote reservoirs.
How are they finished?
They ship in bare steel. Hit them with a self-etching primer and paint (or powder coat) before final assembly to prevent rust.
What pairs well with these on a custom build?
For a truss-mounted shock setup, look at Artec's high clearance shock brackets and coilover tabs for truss to complete the mounting picture.
