This is Artec Industries' Alpha Series full bellypan built specifically for the diesel four-door Jeep Wrangler JLU. It replaces the flimsy factory plastic trays with a continuous run of 1/4-inch aluminum armor that shields the oil pan, transmission, transfer case, fuel tank, and the diesel's DPF exhaust in one integrated system. Because the 3.0L EcoDiesel packages its components differently than the gas engines, this kit is cut only for the diesel drivetrain.

Fitment & Compatibility

Fits the four-door Jeep Wrangler JLU (2018 and up) equipped with the 3.0L EcoDiesel V6. It is engine-specific and will not interchange with 3.6L, 2.0L, or 392 gas bellypans because the diesel oil pan and exhaust routing are unique. The DEF tank is protected separately.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this fit my diesel Wrangler?
It fits the 2018-and-newer four-door JLU with the 3.0L EcoDiesel V6 only. The diesel oil pan and DPF sit differently than the gas engines, so a 3.6L, 2.0L, or 392 bellypan will not bolt up.

Does it protect the DEF tank too?
No. This bellypan covers the oil/transmission pan, transfer case, fuel tank, and DPF exhaust. The diesel exhaust fluid tank is shielded by the separate JLU DEF Skid.

Can I change the oil without removing it?
Yes. An integrated oil door in the front skid opens for oil changes and filter access so you never have to unbolt the panel.

Is welding required to install it?
No. The system bolts to factory frame mounting points using the supplied countersunk hardware. No cutting or welding is needed.

Why aluminum instead of steel?
The 1/4-inch 6061 T6 aluminum carries impacts like steel while shedding a large amount of weight, and it won't rust, which matters on a plate that lives in mud and water.
