JKU ALUMINUM Long Arm Kit

The JKU Aluminum Long Arm Kit is a full-length link upgrade for the 4-door Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (JKU), trading heavy steel long arms for massive machined 7075-T6 aluminum links. The result is a big drop in unsprung weight and a rust-proof suspension that keeps the articulation and on-road manners of a well-built long-arm system. It includes Rock Krawler joints throughout plus a Rock Krawler double-adjustable rear upper arm and frame-side 3-link mount.

Fitment & Compatibility

Designed for the 4-door Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JKU (2007-2018); the rear links and rear 3-link geometry are specific to the 4-door wheelbase. It can directly replace the steel links in a Rock Krawler long-arm setup. To complete the conversion you will also need the JK HD Crossmember with Link Mounts, the JK Front 3-Link Frame Mount Bracket, and an Adjustable Truss Upper Link Mount where applicable, sold separately.

No. This long-arm kit is specific to the 4-door Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JKU (2007-2018) because of the rear link lengths and 3-link geometry.

How big are the lower links?
The four lower links are machined from 2.25" OD 7075-T6 aluminum, larger than the mid-arm kit lowers, for maximum strength on a long-arm build.

Can I reuse my Rock Krawler brackets?
Yes. The kit directly replaces steel Rock Krawler long-arm links and uses Krawler Joints, so it drops into a compatible RK long-arm system.

Is the rear upper adjustable?
Yes. It comes with a Rock Krawler double-adjustable rear upper control arm running 1.0" Krawler Joints, plus its frame-side 3-link mount.

Do aluminum links hold up off-road?
Yes. The 7075-T6 links have been tested for years in extreme rock crawling and daily use, and shed significant weight versus steel.
