These Artec Industries frame brackets let you convert the rear of a Jeep Wrangler JK to a long-arm suspension using the same lower control arm mounts Artec runs on its ARTECON builds. Each bracket is contoured to jig into the factory JK frame so placement is repeatable and accurate - no guessing where the mount should land - and it welds to both the bottom and the side of the frame for a strong, well-supported joint.

Fitment & Compatibility
Designed for the Jeep Wrangler JK (2007-2018). The factory rear lower control arm brackets must be removed first; these then jig to the frame contours in their place. They support either a radius-arm-style long arm or a 3-link rear, and accept common cartridge joints at 2.625" or 1.25" rod ends when drilled out.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to remove the factory brackets?
Yes. The factory rear lower control arm brackets need to be removed, then these brackets jig into the frame contours in their place.
Does it work with a 3-link or a radius arm?
Both. The brackets are designed for either a long-arm radius-arm-style link or a 3-link rear suspension.
How are they positioned so accurately?
Each bracket is contoured to the JK frame so it self-locates, and it welds to both the bottom and side of the frame for added strength.
What upper brackets pair with these?
For the rear axle side, Artec offers the JK Rear UCA Brackets; for a full rear link kit consider the JKU Aluminum Long Arm Kit.
Do these need to be welded?
Yes, they are weld-on frame brackets and should be installed by someone comfortable with suspension fabrication.
