Full Hydro Weld-On High Steer Arms - 99-04 SuperDuty
These Full Hydro Weld-On High Steer Arms are fabricated arms for the 1999-2004 Ford Super Duty Dana 60 knuckles, built to solve the steering geometry problems that come with a Super Duty axle swap. They raise the tie rod up out of harm's way and align the tie rod and hydraulic steering ram for a clean, strong full-hydro setup. Sold as a pair.
Key Features
- Precision laser cut from 1/4" steel and CNC bent for accurate, repeatable fitment
- Fully fabricated for improved steering geometry and clearance over the diff
- Engineered to align the tie rod and hydraulic ram for maximum strength and longevity
- 3/4" bolt holes for uncompromising steering strength
- Includes knuckle bolts and tapered spacers for a tight, high-strength fit
- Welds directly to the factory 99-04 Super Duty knuckles
Fitment & Compatibility
Designed to weld onto the factory 1999-2004 Ford Super Duty Dana 60 knuckles, typically as part of a one-ton front axle swap. This is a full-hydro (hydraulic-assist ram) arm; it is best paired with the Super Duty 60 Full Hydro Ram Mount. If you want a crossover/drag-link steering layout instead, see the Crossover Weld-On High Steer Arms.

Frequently Asked Questions
What knuckles do these fit?
They fit the factory 1999-2004 Ford Super Duty Dana 60 knuckles. The 1992-1997 Ford knuckle is a different casting and is not compatible.
Do they require welding?
Yes. These are weld-on arms and require welding and fabrication skill. The knuckle surfaces should be cleaned and prepped, and the arms tack-welded and then fully welded.
What ram mount should I run?
They are designed to work with a hydraulic steering ram and pair best with the Super Duty 60 Full Hydro Ram Mount.
What hardware is included?
Each pair includes the knuckle bolts and tapered spacers needed for a tight, high-strength mount. Finish the bare steel after welding to prevent rust.
