The Artec ZJ 8.8 Swap Kit with Truss gives you every bracket needed to drop the popular Ford Explorer 8.8-inch rear axle under a 1993-1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ. Instead of buying and locating a dozen separate mounts, the brackets are jigged into a full-length axle truss so the factory link, track bar, sway bar, coil, and shock positions are set for you — turning a guess-and-measure fabrication job into a weld-on bolt-up.

Fitment & Compatibility

Designed for swapping a Ford Explorer 8.8-inch rear axle into the Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ (1993-1998). It reuses the ZJ's factory-style coil, link, sway bar, and track bar architecture, and supports both stock-height and lifted suspension setups thanks to the dual track bar locations. Welding and fabrication experience is required for install.
