When you truss the front axle of a TJ, LJ, XJ, MJ, or ZJ, you also remove the factory upper control arm mount — and it has to go back in the right place. Artec's UCA Brackets give you an accurate, CAD-located passenger-side upper control arm mount designed to work with an Artec 30 Truss or Rubicon 44 Truss, restoring correct upper-arm geometry on your reinforced housing.
Key Features
- 1/4" mild steel, precision CNC cut for accurate fitment.
- Laser-etched part numbers for straightforward, foolproof installation.
- CAD-designed for precise location and alignment of the upper control arm.
- Provides valuable reinforcement to an area prone to abuse and flex.
- Designed as a stock upper control arm bracket replacement when running a truss.
- Structure wraps around the bushing sleeve for greater structural rigidity.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which Jeeps and axles does this fit?
The front Dana 30 and TJ/LJ Rubicon Dana 44 in the TJ (1997-2006), LJ (2004-2006), XJ (1984-2001), MJ (1986-1992), and ZJ (1993-1998), when used with an Artec 30 or Rubicon 44 truss.
Do I need a separate sleeve and bushing?
Yes. The bracket requires a weld-in sleeve and bushing. You can order it as mounts only, or bundled with RockJock Johnny Joints or Daystar bushings.
Does this replace both upper mounts?
It provides the passenger-side upper control arm mount location that is lost when the axle is trussed.
Does it need welding?
Yes, it is a weld-on bracket used with an Artec front truss. CAD-located geometry means it drops into the correct position, but final welding is required.
