LJ Standard Rock Sliders

Artec's LJ Standard Rock Sliders defend the rocker panels of the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (LJ) with 3/16" steel that bolts on and stays out of the way. They give you a solid point to slide over ledges and rocks, protect the pinch seams and body from crush damage, and keep a low, tucked profile that doesn't sacrifice ground clearance.

Fitment & Compatibility

Fits the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (LJ), 2004-2006. Because the LJ has a longer wheelbase than a standard TJ, it uses LJ-specific sliders. Pair them with LJ Rear Corner Armor and the TJ/LJ Rear Bumper for head-to-tail lower-body protection.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will these fit a standard-length TJ?
No. These are cut for the longer Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (LJ), 2004-2006. A regular TJ uses its own standard sliders.

Are they strong enough to jack or slide the Jeep on?
They're built from 3/16" steel and mount to the frame/body to protect the rockers on ledges and rocks. As with any bolt-on slider, follow the install instructions and hardware torque for the strongest result.

Do I have to weld them on?
No. They are a bolt-on install using the supplied hardware.

What else should I add for trail protection?
Round out the build with rear corner armor and a TJ/LJ rear bumper for a better departure angle and recovery points.
