Fitment & Compatibility
This is a universal fabrication component rather than a vehicle-specific part. It fits any application designed around a 1/2" rod end with a 1/2" bore — custom steering, tie rods, and link kits. Choose right-hand or left-hand thread to match your build. For larger builds, Artec also offers the JMX PRO 3/4" rod end and the JMX PRO 7/8" rod end.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between right-hand and left-hand thread?
Pairing a right-hand and a left-hand rod end on one link lets you adjust length by turning the link without unbolting either end. Choose the thread direction your link design calls for.
What does Teflon-lined mean?
The ball rides on a Teflon (PTFE) liner rather than metal-on-metal, which gives smoother, quieter, lower-friction motion and helps resist wear and slop.
What can I use it for?
Any steering or suspension link built around a 1/2" rod end with a 1/2" bore, including tie rods, drag links, and control-arm ends.
Is it a bolt-in vehicle part?
No. It is a universal fabrication component that threads into a link or tube adapter sized for a 1/2" rod end.
